Google Analytics
Only after statistics consent do we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, tool use and download or print requests. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. The service processes pseudonymous cookie identifiers, technical device information and usage data. We do not send game inputs, search terms, URL queries or drawing names as page titles. Google Signals, advertising personalisation and user-provided data collection are disabled. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under applicable safeguards described in its terms: https://business.safety.google/privacy/ and https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/. You can withdraw consent using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Internal statistics
We count content views, PDF requests, searches and cookie-consent choices in daily aggregates by language (and, for content, difficulty). A choice can be counted again when preferences are changed. These counters do not store IP addresses, analytics cookies or visitor identifiers. Searches are filtered to exclude emails, numbers and URLs. Data is retained for 90 days, with cleanup during scheduled maintenance or administrative visits.
Data processed
When you browse the website, the server and relevant network services process technical data such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser information to deliver pages and protect the service. Information voluntarily sent by email is processed to respond to your request.
Purposes and legal bases
Providing requested functions relies, where applicable, on performance of the requested service and pre-contractual steps. Security and abuse prevention may rely on the controller’s legitimate interests, subject to assessment and documentation. Legal obligations rely on applicable law. This version includes internal aggregate statistics described below. Google Analytics 4 activates only after statistics consent. Advertising pixels, newsletters, AdSense and remarketing are not enabled. GA4 measurement relies on consent, which can be withdrawn using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Sessions and tool inputs
Interactive tools may use a technical session to temporarily retain the settings and inputs needed to generate the requested file. Do not enter children’s full names, photographs or other personal data into games. Inputs are processed in the technical session to generate the requested games.
Providers and retention
Hetzner hosts the website in Germany. Cloudflare provides DNS without an active proxy or CDN. Technical logs are kept using automatic rotation and a limited number of archives. Emails are retained to handle requests and applicable obligations.

Icons are loaded from cdnjs, which may receive technical connection data. External websites linked from this site apply their own privacy notices.
Your rights
Where applicable law provides them, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority or another competent authority. Contact the controller’s privacy email to exercise your rights.
Activities for children
VIMAFUN primarily serves adult parents and teachers who choose and download activities for children. We do not request children’s accounts, photographs or personal data. Do not enter personal data in the tools or support requests.
